As a wife and mother of three, she also shares valuable insights on balancing family life with personal ambitions.

What inspired you to focus on helping women reconnect with their feminine energy?

My own journey was the biggest inspiration. I had spent years relying solely on my masculine energy—pushing through, being action-oriented, and constantly striving for success. After losing my mother in 2010, I realized how disconnected I was from my emotional and intuitive side. I started embracing my feminine energy through mindfulness, meditation, and self-care. The transformation was incredible. I felt more balanced and fulfilled, and that’s when I knew I wanted to help other women experience the same. So many women are taught to suppress their feminine energy in pursuit of success, but I believe we need both energies to thrive.

How do you define feminine energy in modern terms, especially for women in leadership?

Feminine energy is about being receptive, intuitive, nurturing, and creative. In leadership, this means fostering collaboration, empathy, and deep listening. It’s not about being passive or less effective—it’s about leading with compassion and emotional intelligence. For too long, leadership has been dominated by masculine energy, which focuses on control and action. But integrating feminine energy can lead to more inclusive and innovative teams. I teach women that balancing these energies is what truly makes a powerful leader.

How do you manage to balance running an eight-figure business while maintaining personal self-care practices?

It’s definitely a conscious effort. In the early years, I was all about the hustle—working long hours, meeting deadlines, and constantly expanding. But I soon realized that to sustain success, I needed to prioritize self-care. Now, I start every day with meditation or mindful breathing, and I take regular breaks throughout the day. I’ve also learned to delegate and trust my team. My workday ends with gratitude journaling, which keeps me grounded. Self-care is non-negotiable for me because it helps me show up fully for my business, my family, and myself.

What role has spirituality played in the success of The Universe Guru?

Spirituality is at the core of everything I do. It’s what guides my business decisions and how I connect with my clients. My spiritual practices help me stay aligned with my values, making sure that everything I put out into the world is in line with my purpose. Whether it’s creating a new course or mentoring a client, I always ensure that I’m operating from a place of integrity and authenticity. Trusting my intuition has led to some of the most successful decisions in my business, and that’s something I encourage in all the women I work with.

How do you handle the pressure that comes with being a public figure and life coach?

It’s definitely a lot of responsibility, and there are moments when the pressure feels overwhelming. But I’ve learned to set strong boundaries. I’m very intentional about how I use my time, and I prioritize my personal life. Being a mother of three, it’s important for me to switch off from work when I’m with my family. I also remind myself that I’m not perfect, and I don’t have to be. Sharing my vulnerability and imperfections with my audience helps me connect with them on a deeper level.

What advice would you give to women struggling with balancing motherhood and career ambitions?

First, give yourself permission to pursue your dreams without guilt. I know a lot of mothers feel like they have to choose between their kids and their ambitions, but it’s possible to have both. I always tell women to prioritize what’s most important to them on a given day. Some days, your kids need more attention, and other days, your career will require you to focus. Finding that rhythm is key. Also, don’t be afraid to ask for help—whether it’s from your partner, family, or support network.

Can you share an example of how you use intuition in your business?

Absolutely. When I was considering launching my first digital course back in 2017, I had a lot of doubts. Logically, it made sense to wait until I had a bigger following or more content. But something in my gut told me that it was the right time. I trusted that inner voice, and I’m so glad I did. That course was a huge success, and it paved the way for the rest of my digital content. It’s moments like these where intuition guides me more than any business strategy could.

What is the most rewarding part of your work as a life coach?

Seeing the transformations in the women I work with. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing someone go from self-doubt and insecurity to living a life that’s fully aligned with their true purpose. When a woman tells me that she feels more empowered, confident, and connected to herself after working with me, it reaffirms why I do what I do. I’ve had clients leave toxic relationships, start businesses, or simply find inner peace, and knowing I had a part in that is truly fulfilling.

How do you stay current in the fast-evolving world of personal development?

I’m always learning. Personal development is a field that’s constantly evolving, and I believe it’s important to stay curious. I attend workshops, read extensively, and engage with other thought leaders in the space. I also listen to my clients—they often bring up new challenges or trends that I may not have considered. Staying adaptable and open to new ideas is key. While I have a strong foundation in my teachings, I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve.

What legacy do you hope to leave behind through The Universe Guru?

I want women to remember that they are capable of creating a life that reflects their deepest desires. My goal is to help women break free from societal expectations and reconnect with their true selves. I hope that through The Universe Guru, women will continue to find the tools and support they need to pursue their dreams, embrace their feminine energy, and live authentically. Ultimately, I want to leave behind a community of empowered women who believe in themselves and each other.
